Beginner’s Yoga

These classes are geared towards those individuals who are looking to learn the fundamentals of yoga. Here you are taught proper breathing techniques and correct alignment in a calm judgement free space. 

Stix Strengthening Flow

Our strengthening flow is a full body workout! It is a power yoga flow which focuses on strengthening the arms, legs, core, and glutes.

Stix Sculpt

 This power yoga flow incorporates hand weights for a little extra challenge in your traditional yoga practice. 

Stix Stretching Flow

Loosen up with our power yoga flow which focuses on deep stretching while targeting different areas of the body.
